A wide variety of items can be stored in your lockbox, from collectibles and furniture to tools and electronics and white goods. However there are items that can not be stored in the interest of health and safety.

• Food or perishable goods – unless securely packed and protected from vermin
• Living plants or living creatures
• Combustible or flammable materials or liquids – unless in your vehicle’s fuel tank
• Explosives, weapons or ammunition
• Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents
• Toxic waste, asbestos or any other materials of a dangerous nature
• Items that emit any fumes or odour
• Illegal goods
• Compressed gases

You can access your LOCKBOX any time, provided you give us 2 business days’ notice. We will bring your LOCKBOX to you (charges may apply, speak with a friendly LOCKBOX team Member) or alternatively we can place it in our visitors bay for you to access. When you are done you simply relock your lockbox take your keys and our team will re-warehouse it.

No! You are the only one that can schedule a visit and you are the only one with keys. when you need to access your own lockbox simply organize a visit through the website and our team will make your lockbox ready for you.

Lockbox is the idea way to store those company records that are not required but must be accessible when needed.

Yes you most likely will, need to speak to your current insurance providers who can advise you whether your items are covered while in storage.

Yes, we take security very seriously. you have packed it and you have the keys, lockbox does not have access to your stored items, our facility is surrounded by a security fence the complex is alarmed and fully monitored with state of the art CCTV systems to ensure your belongings are kept safe and sound while in storage. 

Each LOCKBOX typically accommodates an average room to a room and a half of household goods and are perfect for furniture storage (they easily fit large furniture e.g., a king size mattress). Each LOCKBOX is – 2.4m long, 1.5m wide and 2.2m high externally, or 2.32m long, 1.46m wide and 1.98m high internally. Our boxes have a large door for easy access. For more space, simply order more boxes!

Yes, we accept 1 ton maximum weight per LOCKBOX. Your LOCKBOX will be weighed on collection, but don’t worry – should your LOCKBOX be too heavy, we normally have a spare on hand if required!

Unfortunately no. We collect your LOCKBOX within 48 hours or 2 business days of delivery to deliver it back to our secure storage facility for storage.
